DISCREET SHIPPING
We respect your privacy. All products are shipped discreetly in a plain brown box with absolutely no indication regarding the contents. All goods that are dispatched are sent by a tracked/recorded insured service. This means goods will not be left on the door-step and must be signed for or left at the depot for you to collect.
DELIVERY METHODS AND CHARGES
For your peace of mind we will always deliver your items by tracked, insured methods. You will receive a tracking number and will be able to track the progress of your deliveries.
We give you free shipping on orders above €150,00. All orders that doesn’t meet €150,00 are charged €4,90 per item.
All orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days after your purchase.
The transit and delivery estimated time is:
- Portugal: aprox. 1 business day
- Spain: aprox. 2 business days
- Rest of Europe: aprox. 3-5 business days
- Rest of the world: aprox. 5-10 business days
If you are not in when the parcel arrives they will keep the package at their local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days without collecting it, the parcel is then returned to us. In such occasion we will not refund you for the shiping costs.
